Josh Lull, a dedicated senior firefighter of the Raleigh Fire Department, tragically passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the age of 36.
However, the cause of death remains undisclosed.
Josh Lull was born on February 13, 1990. He attended Sanderson High School, where he was the very first member of the lacrosse team.
During his high school days, he went through a blown knee injury, but he also encouraged his teammates to grow stronger.
Following his tragic passing, a group of Raleigh firefighters has come together to support the family of Josh Lull.
Colleagues described Luss as far more than a firefighter, remembering him as a devoted husband, loving father, caring son, and loyal friend.
His absence is especially painful to his wife, Ann Marie, and their children.
In response, fellow firefighters have organized a fundraiser to provide direct financial support to his family.
They are selling memorial bracelets, with every dollar raised going straight to help his loved ones.
The bracelets are priced at $20, and those interested can purchase them by contacting Robbie Jones, Colby Stepp, or Jake Snipes.
An online option is also available through Taylor’s Tins, where supporters can search for Josh Lull and place an order.
Several close ones and friends have come to support and also offered their heartfelt condolences to Josh’s family to stay strong in this difficult time.
